Scott Torres Gunsmith Arms & Ammo Shipping Policy

Scott Torres Gunsmith Arms & Ammo is committed to processing eligible orders carefully and in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and business policies.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping, insurance, handling, and related transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable unless Scott Torres Gunsmith Arms & Ammo made an error in fulfilling the order.

2. Firearm and FFL Transfer Shipments

Firearms and other serialized items requiring transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee must be handled through the appropriate licensed dealer and transfer process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the receiving dealer is willing and legally able to accept the firearm before shipment.

Transfer, receiving, storage, background check, documentation, and processing fees are service fees and are nonrefundable once the firearm has been received or processing has begun.

3. Incorrect, Noncompliant, or Rejected Shipments

If a firearm or other item must be returned to the originating seller because it is unlawful, noncompliant, incorrectly shipped, rejected by the receiving dealer, or otherwise unable to be transferred, the customer is responsible for applicable costs.

These costs may include return shipping, insurance, seller imposed fees, storage charges, and other expenses associated with returning or correcting the shipment.

4. Shipping Charges on Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled after shipping, insurance, transfer, payment processing, special order, or other expenses have already been incurred, those amounts may be deducted from any approved refund.

5. Shipping Damage or Incorrect Merchandise

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly upon receipt.

If merchandise arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered, contact Scott Torres Gunsmith Arms & Ammo before using, modifying, installing, transferring, or otherwise accepting the item.

6. Shipping Information Still Needed

Before publishing this policy, Scott Torres Gunsmith Arms & Ammo should add its normal processing time, available carriers, geographic shipping restrictions, shipping methods, tracking procedures, lost package procedures, and any special ammunition or hazardous materials shipping procedures.
